Skull and Bones is official (again), that’s when we’ll see it in action
After months and months of rumors and rumors, Ubisoft is back to talk about Skull and Bones , the pirate title that had disappeared from the scene for years .
The title was born from the idea of creating an Assassin’s Creed Black Flag DLC , which you can retrieve on Amazon , but Ubisoft has never shown much of the game.
Skull and Bones remained in the shadows for many years, to the point where it was thought it could have become an officially canceled title .
But a very in-depth leak on the game emerged a few months ago , and since then a lot of rumors and alleged information about the game have alternated.
But now, years after the first announcement and months after the rumor began, Ubisoft has confirmed (again) the existence of Skull and Bones , complete with a date for the reveal.
The announcement was made through all the official channels of the French-speaking publisher, and surprisingly it is actually a double announcement .
Skull and Bones will be shown on July 7 at 20.00 , both on YouTube and on Twitch, in a world premiere with the first official gameplay of the game .
And if in two days we will finally see what the pirate title is made of, Ubisoft has also announced a new event via the official website .
On 10 September at 21.00 there will be a new Ubisoft Forward , an event dedicated to all the news of the French-speaking publisher, which has proposed several times over the years.
According to the event description, there will be updates and news on various games and projects from Ubisoft teams around the world.
Could it be a kidney blow for Ubisoft? This event, in fact, will arrive shortly after the company’s presence at Gamescom 2022 , for which the dates have already been communicated .
In a period that is not exactly prosperous , also considering what Yves Guillemot was forced to do recently.
