On PC, the most expensive game in history with a record budget, Star Citizen, became temporarily free again

The space simulator Star Citizen is now temporarily free on PC again. With a budget of more than $460 million, you can try out the game until May 31st.

The action called “Free Flights” is timed to coincide with the annual Invictus Launch Week 2952 event, during which players will be able to test the current build of the game for free, try out new ships and visit new locations. The full schedule of the event is available on the official website .

Although the game is still in alpha, its budget has already exceeded $460 million. Most of the funds were raised through crowdfunding.
