It’s official: Starfield’s protagonist will not have voice acting, and the dialogue will be implemented as in The Elder Scrolls

Background: Everything you need to know about Starfield: space battles, a thousand planets and tons of grind
Developers from Bethesda reported that the main character of Starfield will not receive his own voice acting. And all the dialogues will take place in first-person mode. This is similarly implemented in The Elder Scrolls series.

The developers this time decided not to experiment with the dialogue system, as was done in Fallout 4 . By the way, in the video that was shown at the presentation of the Xbox and Bethesda, you can see how the dialogue system works.

You can also check out our preview of the game. There you can learn about the grind, the plot and some features of the world.

Starfield will release on Xbox Series X and PC in 2023.
