Formula 2 driver said racist phrase on stream on Call of Duty: Warzone and lost his contract with Red Bull

Red Bull has terminated the contract with Formula 2 driver Juri Vips, who was also an alternate Formula 1 driver. The reason was the racist statement of Vips during the broadcast on Twitch.

About a week ago, the racer was streaming Call of Duty: Warzone . Vips said the forbidden word with the letter N, which caused laughter from his colleague Liam Lawson (Liam Lawson).

Later during the broadcast, Lawson also asked Vips to wear a pink cap with the Red Bull logo, but he refused, saying it was “gay”.

After several days of investigation, Red Bull announced that it was terminating the contract with the pilot. ” Our team will not tolerate any form of racism ,” the statement said .
