Assassin’s Creed is getting a live immersive concert experience, set to premiere in October next year, and then tour the world until 2023. The experience will combine live music performed by a full orchestra and choir with HD video and immersive lighting and sound effects.
The concert is being produced by Overlook Events, which has previously brought to life similar concepts with the Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya Symphonic Adventure concerts. The new concert, developed in partnership with Ubisoft, will traverse the history of the Assassin’s Creed series, as it traverses real-world history.
“The game’s narrative is at the heart of the music experience,” reads the press release. The experience will span all of the Assassin’s Creed games from the original to last year’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and includes all time from Origins’ ancient Egypt to the modern-day setting where players enter the Animus.
The concert is set to premiere at the Grand Rex in Paris on October 29, 2022, already celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Assassin’s Creed game. Although it has not been confirmed which countries or territories the show will visit, it is set for a world tour in 2023. Future tour locations and dates will be announced via the show’s social media accounts.
