An insider claims that Sony is preparing a “Pro-controller” for the PlayStation 5 – with additional buttons and new software

Insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) broke news about the future “Pro-controller” for PS5. According to him, the project received the working title Hunt. The gamepad is similar to the DualSense, but it has additional paddles on the back, as well as some kind of limiters for triggers.

In addition, analog sticks can now be removed. Henderson notes that there are also additional grips (also probably removable) that allow for a better grip on the controller.

As for the software, most likely, we are talking about internal firmware. What exactly will be updated there is still unknown. Perhaps this will be told at the presentation or there will be new leaks on this topic.

According to an insider, Sony is going to introduce a Pro controller for the PS5 soon. It is possible that this will happen even before the end of this month. At the same time, it is not known what the commercial version will be called, how much it will cost and when it will enter the market.

An insider told the details of the series on Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West. Fans may not like them.
