Neil Druckmann, creative director and co-president of Naughty Dog, known for the Uncharted and The Last of Us series, commented on Twitter about the announcement of a remake of the iconic Resident Evil 4 . In a post, the famous developer stated that he can’t wait to dive into the remake as the original is one of his favorite games of all time.

Resident Evil 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. I played it on the GameCube, then the Wii, and now I’m trying out the Quest 2 version. Can’t wait to dive into the remake on PS5 and PSVR 2!

The remake was announced as part of the State of Play presentation. Capcom showed the debut trailer and announced the exact release date. The release will take place on March 24, 2023 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game will receive some content for PSVR2.
